Switched to the OS Motor series, increasing annual capacity to 350,000.
MERGER WITH ARÇELIK TEE
Production continued at three separate facilities in Topkapı Sultançiftliği and Eskişehir; began stator and rotor production with ABB Denmark. Merged with Arçelik’s TEE.
JOINED INDUSTRIAL ZONE
The Topkapı white goods motor facility moved to Çerkezköy Organized Industrial Zone.
INCREASED OUTPUT
Production capacity rose to 550,000 units per year.
RELOCATION TO ÇERKEZKÖY
Transferred general-purpose motor operations fully to Çerkezköy.
IE2 EFFICIENCY MOTORS
Started production of motors meeting the IE2 energy efficiency standard.

Designed and prototyped electric motors for Fiat Doblo; began production of the first IE3 motors in Turkey.
