Agile Behavior Competency Development Trainings

We bring together different trainings based on our values and agile competencies and provide our employees with behavioral competencies that will prepare us for the future.

Purpose-Oriented Programs

Purpose-oriented programs; These are programs aimed at all our employees in line with their purpose, values and strategic priorities. These programs include legal or compulsory training specific to us; it is diversified and updated with content on critical issues such as our Sustainability, Diversity, Equality and Inclusion (DEI) principles, as well as content that is a reflection of our social sensitivity.

Orientation Program
