We conduct periodic research in order to obtain the evaluations of our employees, who are our greatest value, about our company and to create in-house improvement programs that will increase their motivation and satisfaction and continuate their loyalty. As a result of these researches, we conduct detailed analyzes on company, department and team basis with our EX Coaches and organize workshops with our colleagues. In these workshops, we carefully listen to our employees' feedback and together determine actions that will make their work lives more enjoyable and productive. We also provide support with digital platforms and interactive tools to make this process more effective. As a result, we aim to make both our individual and corporate success sustainable by keeping the satisfaction and motivation of our employees at the highest level.
