Recruitment Journey – Office

Our office employee selection process, carried out with our candidate experience perspective within the scope of the Koç Group recruitment manifesto, is carried out in close and open communication with all candidates.

With our perspective of perfect candidate experience, we collect opinions and suggestions from each candidate who is included in our recruitment journey by applying a survey about their experiences.

In order to receive applications from candidates who want to participate in the Agile Recruitment Journey, which we carry out as Turkey's first Agile Production Company, open role postings are published on Koç Kariyerim, Kariyer.net and Linkedin platforms, applications are received and evaluated.

Our recruitment process consists of the following stages:

Resume Evaluation

Applications are evaluated by the Talent Acquisition Team.

Foreign Language Exam

Sufficient language knowledge is expected from our candidates who will join our family. Foreign language proficiency exam is carried out through independent organizations.

Technical Interview

Candidates are included in a technical interview where technical competencies will be evaluated. Also; Case Study applications can also be carried out in technical roles, and Assessment Center applications can be carried out in Agile roles and Manager roles.

HR Interview

Candidates are included in the HR interview where behavioral competencies will be evaluated.

Team Meeting (Agile In)

As Turkey's First Agile Production Company, we manage our recruitment process with Agile method and organize team meetings that we call ‘Agile In’. Our aim in the interviews is to increase team cooperation, include the team in the recruitment process, bring together the candidate and the team he will work with and evaluate his compatibility with the team.

Reference

Our Talent Acquisition Team conducts candidate reference interviews.

Approval

The official approval process of the candidate to be hired is carried out.

Offer

The process is completed by making a formal offer to the candidate, and then the Go Together (onboarding) process is initiated.

Office Employee Orientation Process

We carry out our Go Together orientation program to speed up the adaptation of our new colleagues and give them a good start.

In this approximately 90-day program, which starts on an online platform before our new colleague joins us and continues from the first working day until the end of the 3rd month, along with various training and activities, our employee comes together with his manager and human resources in sharing meetings on topics such as opinions/suggestions/feedback. During the orientation process, our teammates whom we call "Go Together Coaches" support our new friends in all matters throughout this process.

Recruitment Journey-Field

We collect all applications to work in our production field. General applications are included in the candidate evaluation process according to position requirements. Suitable candidates are invited to our workplace and technical and HR interviews are held.
